1. Summary

We pay commission to people who refer sales to us, and some links you click may be tracked for that purpose. This never changes the price you pay, and never changes your refund rights.

This document has two halves. Sections 2 to 7 are our disclosure to you as a buyer. Sections 8 to 13 are the disclosure rules that apply to anyone promoting BBB Publishing™ products as an affiliate.

2. Who sells to you

BBB Publishing™ is a brand name used by Ben Bediako Boakye, trading as an individual in Ghana. We publish the products. We do not operate the checkout.

• Whop Inc. hosts our store, processes payment, delivers the files and runs affiliate tracking and commission payouts.
• Digistore24 GmbH (Germany), where used as a sales channel, sells as reseller, which means it is the seller of record for that transaction.

Each platform applies its own terms, cookies and tracking. See our Privacy Policy, section 2.

3. We pay commission on referred sales

We operate an affiliate programme through Whop. When someone refers a sale, they receive a percentage of the purchase price:

Commission is calculated and paid by the marketplace, out of the sale price. It is not added to your price.

4. What this means for you as a buyer

• You pay the same price whether you arrive through an affiliate link, a search result, our website or directly.
• Your 14-day money-back guarantee is identical either way.
• Your licence and support are identical either way.
• If you refund, the referring affiliate's commission is automatically reversed. That is between us and them, and it never affects your refund.

5. Links on our own website and materials

Every buy button on bbbdigital.store sends you to our own listing on Whop. Those links may carry tracking parameters used for attribution, campaign measurement or affiliate credit.

We are not paid by anyone to feature our own products. We are the publisher.

6. Third-party tools we mention

Our products name third-party tools, including AI tools, editors and platforms. Unless a specific product or page says otherwise:

• we are not paid to recommend them, and we hold no affiliate arrangement with them;
• we receive nothing if you subscribe to them;
• we are not responsible for their pricing, terms, availability or output;
• naming a tool is not an endorsement, a partnership or a claim of affiliation.

If that ever changes for a given tool, we will disclose it at the point where the tool is recommended, before you act on it.

7. We are independent

BBB Publishing™ is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by or officially connected to YouTube, Google, Whop, Digistore24 or any other platform we name. Where we use a platform's name, we do so to describe a factual use of that platform.

8. Rules for affiliates: disclose clearly

If you promote BBB Publishing™ products, you must disclose that you may earn commission. This is a condition of the programme, and in many countries it is also the law — including the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Your disclosure must be:

• clear — in plain language, not jargon, not a hashtag on its own;
• conspicuous — easy to notice without hunting or expanding a description;
• close to the link — immediately before or beside it, not buried at the bottom of a page or at the end of a long description;
• on every platform — video, description, post, story, email, blog post and livestream alike.

On YouTube, put it in the description above the fold, near the link, and state it in the video or on screen where you actively recommend a purchase. Ticking YouTube's paid-promotion box is helpful but is not sufficient on its own.

9. Sample disclosure wording

Any of these is acceptable. Short is fine; clear is essential.

Affiliate disclosure: I earn a commission if you buy through my link, at no extra cost to you.

The link below is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission on your purchase. Your price is the same.

Paid promotion: I'm an affiliate for BBB Publishing and earn a share of sales made through this link.

10. Rules for affiliates: what you must not do

You may not:

• make income, earnings, revenue, subscriber or growth claims, or promise any result, whether about your own experience or a buyer's likely outcome, in a way that suggests a guarantee. See our Earnings & Results Disclaimer;
• state or imply that results are typical, guaranteed, quick or passive;
• invent testimonials, screenshots, figures or case studies;
• claim to be BBB Publishing™, our employee, our partner, our agent or an official representative;
• offer discounts, coupons, bonuses, refunds or licence terms we have not authorised, or state a price we have not published;
• imply endorsement by YouTube, Google, Whop, Digistore24 or any platform;
• use spam, unsolicited bulk email, misleading thumbnails or headlines, fake scarcity or countdowns, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, typosquatting, malware, autosurf or incentivised-click traffic;
• bid on our brand names or trade marks in paid search, or run ads that appear to originate from us;
• upload, mirror, repackage or give away our files. Promotion is permitted; distribution is not. See the End User Licence Agreement;
• refer your own purchases, or use another account to do so.

We may withhold commission, reverse commission and remove an affiliate from the programme for breach, and we may require a misleading promotion to be taken down.

11. Commission reversal

Commission is reversed where a sale is refunded under our guarantee, where a payment is charged back, where the sale is fraudulent or unauthorised, where the referral was self-made, or where the promotion breached section 10.

Because we honour a 14-day no-questions guarantee, commission is not final until that window has closed. Payout timing and thresholds are set by the marketplace.

12. Tracking and data

Affiliate attribution relies on cookies and tracking set by the marketplace, not by us. Our own informational website sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. Affiliates receive referral and payout totals through the Whop dashboard, and we see the same. We do not receive buyers' payment details. See the Privacy Policy.

13. Reporting a misleading promotion

If you have seen a promotion of our products that promises income, guarantees results, misuses our name or otherwise breaches these rules, please tell us at bbbdigitalstore@gmail.com. Include the link if you can. We treat reports confidentially, and we act on them.

If you bought because of such a promotion, our 14-day guarantee applies, and we will refund you.

14. Relationship to our other terms

This disclosure sits alongside the affiliate provisions in section 13 of our Terms of Service, the Affiliate Programme Official Terms supplied in the affiliate kit, our Earnings & Results Disclaimer, and the marketplace's own affiliate terms. Where the marketplace's rules are stricter, the stricter rule applies.

15. Governing law

This disclosure is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live, as further explained in section 18 of our Terms of Service.
