The personal data we hold is limited to what a marketplace passes to us so we can fulfil an order, provide support, process a refund and keep tax records.

Checkout pages, affiliate links and buyer dashboards are hosted by the marketplaces, which do use cookies and tracking under their own policies, including for affiliate attribution.

BBB Publishing™ operates from Ghana. Our marketplaces and email provider operate in the United States and the European Union. If you buy from us, your order data will necessarily be processed outside your own country, including in Ghana. Where required, transfers rely on the safeguards implemented by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

If your data was collected by a marketplace rather than by us, send your request to that platform, as it holds the record. We will help you identify the right contact.

Our products are sold to adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has purchased, email us and we will refund and delete the record.
We hold very little data, which limits risk. Order records stay inside the marketplace platform, and our email account is protected by a strong password and two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we ever start an email newsletter, add website analytics, or run advertising pixels, this policy will be updated before that begins, with a new version number and effective date. The current version is always available on our store listings and at bbbdigital.store.
