In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean BBB Publishing™. "You" means the person who buys, downloads or uses our products.

By buying, downloading, opening or using any BBB Publishing™ product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
Where the marketplace requires you to accept these Terms at checkout, that acceptance is a condition of the sale and records your agreement to these Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the EULA as they stand on the date of your purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. Our products are business and educational resources intended for adults.
You are buying a licence to use digital files, not ownership of them, and not a service, mentoring programme or guaranteed outcome. Copyright and all other intellectual property in the products remain with BBB Publishing™. What you may and may not do with the files is set out in the EULA, which forms part of these Terms.

Each marketplace has its own terms, privacy policy and payment rules, which apply to you in addition to these Terms. Where a marketplace's rules govern the mechanics of payment, invoicing, tax or refund processing, those rules apply to those mechanics. These Terms and the EULA govern your licence to use the content itself. If you are unsure which applies to a problem, email us first and we will help you resolve it.
All prices are shown in US dollars unless the marketplace displays otherwise.
Our Founding Launch runs from 24 August 2026 to 13 September 2026. Launch pricing is available during that window only; regular (evergreen) pricing applies from 14 September 2026. Promotional pricing is not retroactive: we do not refund the difference on an earlier or later purchase, and we do not extend expired promotional prices.
Any sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and collected by the marketplace at checkout based on your location.
Products are delivered digitally, normally immediately after payment is confirmed, through the marketplace where you purchased. You will need a device that can open PDF files and a working internet connection to download them.
If a download fails, a link expires or you lose access to your files, email bbbdigitalstore@gmail.com with your order details and we will restore access. Delivery problems are always fixed at no cost to you, whatever the age of the order.
Express consent to immediate access. Accepting these Terms at checkout is required before payment completes. By accepting them you expressly request and consent to immediate access to the files, and you acknowledge that once access has been given you lose the right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content in the European Union and the United Kingdom. This acknowledgement does not affect our own 14-day money-back guarantee, which we honour for every customer wherever they live, as set out in the Refund Policy.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our digital products, and we always refund fraudulent charges, duplicate payments and undelivered orders. The full conditions and the request process are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All text, layouts, designs, illustrations, prompt libraries, templates, workbooks, cover art, trade marks and product names, including BBB Publishing™, BBB AI Creator Series™ and BBB YouTube Growth™, are owned by or licensed to BBB Publishing™ and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

Breach of this section terminates your licence immediately.
Our products are educational. They describe systems, workflows and methods that have to be applied by you, to your own channel or business, with your own time, budget and judgement.
Our products refer to third-party platforms and tools, including YouTube and various AI services. We do not control them. Their features, pricing, policies and terms change without notice, and their availability in your country may differ.
Where a product supplies prompts or workflows for use with AI tools, you are responsible for complying with that tool's own terms and for reviewing, verifying and editing anything the tool produces before you publish or rely on it. AI output can be inaccurate. We make no claim of ownership over the output you generate.
We run an affiliate programme through Whop. Affiliates earn 50% commission on all BBB Publishing™ listings unless stated otherwise, with 60% on the BBB YouTube Growth™ Complete + AI Strategy System. Affiliates are independent promoters, not our employees or agents, and their statements are their own. Full affiliate rules are in the affiliate programme terms; commissions are reversed on refunded or charged-back orders.
If you buy through an affiliate link, the price you pay is unchanged.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold BBB Publishing™ harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or the EULA, your misuse of the products, or any content you publish using them.
We may terminate your licence, refuse future orders, and remove marketplace access if you breach these Terms or the EULA, abuse the refund process, or attempt to redistribute our files. Where we terminate for breach, you must stop using the products and delete all copies. No refund is due on termination for breach.
These Terms and the EULA are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, where BBB Publishing™ operates.
This choice of law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence. In particular, if you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal for digital content as described in our Refund Policy, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where local law gives you that right.
Because our checkout is operated by Whop Inc. (United States) and, on that channel, by Digistore24 GmbH (Germany) as reseller, the marketplace's own terms also apply to the payment transaction and may specify its own governing law and dispute process for that part of the sale.
Before starting any formal proceedings, please email bbbdigitalstore@gmail.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled the same week.
We may update these Terms as our products, platforms or legal obligations change. The version in force is the one published at the time of your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and effective date below, and the current version will always be available on our store listings and at bbbdigital.store.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your licence. These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy and the EULA together form the entire agreement between you and BBB Publishing™ in respect of the products.
