This End User Licence Agreement ("Licence") governs your use of any digital product published by BBB Publishing™ ("the Products", "the Files"), including ebooks, workbooks, templates, worksheets, checklists, prompt libraries, standard operating procedures, resource directories and workflow maps.
By downloading or using a Product you accept this Licence. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
On payment in full, BBB Publishing™ grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user licence to use the Files for your own purposes as described in section 3.
A licence covers one individual. Where a business buys, the licence covers one named person within that business. Additional users need additional licences; team and multi-seat licences are available on request at bbbdigitalstore@gmail.com.
You own the copy of the file you downloaded. You do not own the work itself, and no intellectual property is transferred to you.

The short version: you may use what you learn and produce with the Files, and you may not hand over the Files. Deliverables are yours. Source files are not.
Work you produce by applying the Files — your content plans, scripts, thumbnails, videos, SOPs and client deliverables — is yours. BBB Publishing™ claims no ownership of it, no licence over it, and no share of any revenue you earn from it.
Some Products supply prompts and workflows for use with third-party AI tools. You are responsible for complying with each tool's own terms, and for reviewing, verifying and editing any output before you publish or rely on it. AI output can be wrong, dated or unsuitable. BBB Publishing™ does not warrant the output of any tool and is not responsible for how you use it.
BBB Publishing™, BBB AI Creator Series™ and BBB YouTube Growth™ are our marks. This Licence gives you no right to use them, except to refer factually to the Product you bought, and except where you are an approved affiliate using the promotional assets we supply, in line with our affiliate promotion guidelines.
Your licence covers the edition you purchased. Where we release a corrected file for that edition, you may request it at no cost. New editions, expanded volumes and new titles are separate products and may be chargeable.
This Licence lasts indefinitely unless terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it, and it terminates when a refund is issued for the Product. On termination you must stop using the Files and delete every copy, including printed copies and backups.
Unauthorised copying or distribution of the Files is copyright infringement. We monitor for redistribution, and we will pursue takedown notices and any other legal remedy available, including recovery of costs and damages. We may also revoke the licence and refuse future sales.
If you find our Files being shared without authorisation, please tell us at bbbdigitalstore@gmail.com. We are grateful for the report and we treat it confidentially.
The Products are educational and are supplied "as is", without any guarantee of results, income, audience growth or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BBB Publishing™'s total liability under this Licence is limited to the amount you paid for the Product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are not affected.
This Licence is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without removing any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you live, as further explained in section 18 of our Terms of Service.
